It will feature a depth of 18 meters and include four specialized terminals for:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>Containers<\/li>\r\n <li>Hydrocarbons<\/li>\r\n <li>General cargo<\/li>\r\n <li>Storage<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n \r\n <h2>Development Phases and Logistics Enhancements<\/h2>\r\n <p style=\"color: #000000;\">The project will be developed in two phases, aiming to quadruple the port\u2019s capacity.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h3>First Phase<\/h3>\r\n <p style=\"color: #000000;\">Includes dredging, land preparation, construction of basic infrastructure, and strategic roadways, such as a four-lane reversible highway to optimize land logistics.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alow.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/ampliacion-manzanillo.png\" \r\n alt=\"Construction of new logistics roadways at the Port of Manzanillo\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\">\r\n \r\n <h3>Second Phase<\/h3>\r\n <p style=\"color: #000000;\">Involves the development and concessioning of specialized terminals, with completion expected by 2030.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h2>Commitment to Sustainability<\/h2>\r\n <p style=\"color: #000000;\">The New Port of Manzanillo will have its own thermoelectric plant, reducing environmental impact.
