One of the main challenges the country faces is cargo theft, which mainly affects the food and beverage, construction, and industrial sectors.<\/p>\n<h2>The Challenge of Cargo Theft<\/h2>\n<p>Cargo theft remains a significant issue in Mexico, impacting various industries and the overall economy. To address this challenge, companies like Total Protect have developed high-efficiency integrated monitoring systems that use real-time surveillance and advanced anti-theft protocols.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alow.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Mega-camion.jpg\" alt=\"Total Protect anti-theft security system\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>High-Efficiency Monitoring Systems<\/h2>\n<p>These integrated systems, similar to Mexico\u2019s C5 public security model, offer resilience strategies and modern infrastructure to help reduce theft and improve the security of goods in transit.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alow.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/depositphotos_185032830-stock-photo-programming-man-working-on-computer.webp\" alt=\"Monitoring systems for logistics\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Investment in Airport Infrastructure<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to tackling security challenges, Mexico is investing heavily in improving its airport infrastructure. The Pacific Airport Group (GAP) has announced a $2.53 billion investment until 2029 to enhance airports like Guadalajara, Tijuana, and Los Cabos, increasing capacity and supporting regional trade.<\/p>\n<h2>Renovation of Mexico City International Airport<\/h2>\n<p>The Mexican Navy (Semar) will allocate 8 billion pesos to renovate Mexico City International Airport (AICM) in preparation for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
